Since 1981, Keep Australia Beautiful NSW has proudly delivered community programs and awards that celebrate environmental leadership, sustainability, and community pride across NSW.

The Tidy Towns and Sustainable Cities Awards recognise projects and initiatives that demonstrate responsible environmental practices, innovation, and strong community spirit. Over more than four decades, the program has built a strong network of engaged individuals and enduring partnerships with regional towns, local councils, community organisations, businesses, and schools throughout the state.

The Awards are delivered through two distinct programs: Tidy Towns, which recognises regional, rural, and coastal communities, and Sustainable Cities, which focuses on metropolitan communities. Each program culminates in its own dedicated awards event, celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions being made across NSW.
