Now that the NSW State Election is over, it’s time to put the candidates signage away! Whereas most signs aren’t made out of recyclable material, there are a number of creative ways to reuse them.
- Old campaign signs can be reversed and written on with markers to make new signs for different occasions such as parties.
- Make a birdhouse. Winter is coming, birds will love that!
- Make your own cardboard furniture; chairs are the easiest and most common.
- Give them to Charity like Reverse Garbage. They sometimes need those old signs for dozens of uses at their rehabilitation centre. The bigger the signs, the better.
The list is endless, just be creative and use your imagination!
