Kogarah City Council has taken out the prestigious Overall Sustainable Cities Award at the 2011 Keep Australia Beautiful NSW Awards Dinner Presentation, hosted by Hornsby Shire Council. The results were announced last night Thursday July 28th at Pennant Hills Golf Club.

You have until July 22nd at 5.00pm (WST) to enter Keep Australia Beautiful’s anti-littering advertisement competition “Trash My Ad”!

The Keep Australia Beautiful NSW Clean Beaches program returns this year with a new format to fit the program’s new focus. Community visits with a number of seminars scheduled along the coastline will be taking place during July. Entries open on July 18.
