Planned for Sunday, May 15, Graffiti Action Day is fast approaching and you are most welcome to join either as a volunteer or form a group.
We can support you with products and communication materials. We now have 36 LGA's (Local Government Areas) and 46 groups involved who will be cleaning, painting and or preventing graffiti through the use of local native plants.

New South Wales towns have won the last 2 out of 3 National Tidy Towns Awards.
The New South Wales town of Lithgow has been announced the Overall Winner of the Keep Australia Beautiful, Australian Tidy Towns Awards 2010/11. The announcement was made at the national awards ceremony held on Saturday April 16th at Beechworth in Victoria, the winner of the prestigious award last year.

Congratulations Lithgow!

Keep Australia Beautiful NSW has called for the immediate removal of all 2011 State Election signage still posted across the State.
Peter McLean, CEO of Keep Australia Beautiful NSW, said candidates should be responsible for ensuring their signs weren’t littering their local areas.
